Pen-Hir, the architect own boat

After 15 years of cruising along the Channel and Atlantic French coast, including the Scilly Isles, I am selling my boat to have other experiences.
Built in 2009 in wood and epoxy by the Icarai shipyard in Cherbourg.
Labelled BIP (Boat of Heritage Interest) in 2016.

In summary:

  • Excellent performance, especially upwind.
  • Perfectly maintained, all exterior paint and varnish renewed recently.
  • Easy handling and manoeuvring. The jib is sheeted-in without the need for a winch.
  • Very rational accommodation for cruising up to 4 people (and even 5 with children): Wallas stove, sink, 60-liter water tank, Porta-Potti toilet, dining table, sliding chart table.
  • Large and open cockpit.
  • Long keel allows easy and safe drying.
  • 6 hp outboard in a well (no propeller in the water under sail) and rotating for exceptional manoeuvrability.
  • Very complete inventory.

Price: 57 000 €
